Description
"The dustpan and brush kit is Miles Keller’s first commercial product. Inspired by what people use when they don’t have a dustpan, such as a sheet of paper or cardboard and hands, he developed the scooped-out elongated square tray design for a student project at the Ontario College of Art.

Keller, with then partner Helen Kerr, presented the student project in a job interview with the Canadian housewares manufacturer Umbra. Umbra put the design into production and Kerr Keller became the company’s leading design consultants creating an entire line of whimsical products, such as picket fence doormats, fish sticks candle sticks and rocket salt and pepper shakers."
