Description
"First produced in September 1968. This model was one of three in the product line. This was the first product designed by Glenn Moffatt after graduating from the Industrial Design program at O.C.A.(D.) in April 1967. These hairsetters were manufactured in Toronto and most were sold in the U.S.A. by Dominion Electric Ltd. Approx. 2.5 million were sold in 1.5 years. Personal care products are highly subject to market trends. Sales dropped off in 1970/1 due to the new steam heated roller hairsetters."
